High-Item Density Areas

Areas with many items will be cleaned around them to prevent accidental damage.

Chandeliers and Pendant Lights

For safety reasons, we do not clean chandeliers or ceiling-mounted pendant lighting.

Biohazard Policy

Our team does not clean or remove blood, urine, or feces due to health and safety regulations.

Surface Protection

We do not scrape surfaces such as glass, floors, or doors to remove adhesives, paint, tape, or similar materials to avoid potential damage.

Trash Removal

Up to 3 gallons of trash will be removed per visit.

Reach Limitations

Our team uses a 2-step ladder and extension tools. If an area cannot be safely reached, it will not be cleaned.

Stain Removal

While we use professional cleaning techniques, we cannot guarantee removal of old or permanent stains.

Grout Cleaning

Grout restoration or heavy grout scrubbing is not included. A specialized service provider may be required.

Window Cleaning

Window cleaning includes interior glass only. Exterior windows and window tracks are not included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 business hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges. Same-day cancellations may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled cleaning service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
